1. During your shift briefing - your team logs on to your unique 365 Safety MTRM website.
2. The learning lesson for that day is displayed.
3. The Session Leader reads the brief lesson and a REAL-LIFE scenario to your team.
4. Points2Ponder are then presented so that your team engages in discussion and all consider the actions that are appropriate.
5. Then - the Summary of Effective Action is displayed to clarify the ideal actions and behaviors for the scenario.
6. All then engage in three quiz questions to verify understanding of the lesson and how to apply the principle for the day.
7. Finally - A positive and inspiring quote / message or humorous cartoon ends the session.
Each person is then automatically e.mailed verification of having completed the learning / engagement lesson - and all data is stored in a master data base.
From beginning to end the average time commitment is 7 - 10 minutes.
